Official Rules: No Purchase Necessary

To Enter: You must enter our contest after September 5, 2023 and before 5:00 PM MST, April 5, 2024. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and grant us the right to contact you in the future regarding products and services by email, text or mail but you may unsubscribe upon receiving any contact. There are three ways to enter:

1. Through a purchase at elpatronworld.com. You will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $20.00 USD spent on eligible purchases at elpatronworld.com (the “Website”). Your purchase transaction must be received by 11:59 PM MST on April 5, 2024 to be eligible to receive entries into this Giveaway. The number of entries you receive will be based on the list price of your eligible purchase (excluding sales tax and shipping charges) and will be rounded up to the nearest U.S. dollar. If a purchase is returned, Sponsor reserves the right to eliminate the number of entries received from the returned amount.

2. No Purchase Necessary Mail In Option. To receive one (1) entry without making a purchase, on a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, hand print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (month and year only) (mm/yyyy), e-mail address plus daytime telephone number including area code and write SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY on the paper. Your entry form must be received by Sponsor by 11:59 PM MST on April 1, 2024 to be eligible. Mail your entry in an envelope with first-class postage affixed to: ELPATRONWORLD Giveaway, PO Box 20594, Wickenburg, AZ 85358 USA. Limit one (1) entry per outer-mailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted. Mail-in entry, including outer-mailing envelope must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail permitted.

3. Completing an Entry Form at an in-person event. The Sponsor anticipates having several in person live promotions at locations stated at elpatronworld.com. You may complete one (1) entry form at such a location and receive one (1) entry. Entry must be legible, handwritten and provided in person at the event before the promotional event ends that day.

Eligibility: This promotion is valid only for residents of Arizona who are eighteen (18) years and older and are licensed drivers. Employees of EL PATRON WORLD LLC (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and agents (collectively "Sponsor Parties") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. This contest is void where prohibited. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in the Official Rules. Invalid or illegible entries or entries that do not meet these Official Rules will be voided without notice.

Odds: Winners will be selected at random. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The number of times you enter will increase your number of entries but purchase or acceptance of a product will not otherwise improve your chances of winning.

Sweepstakes Drawing: A random drawing to select one Grand Prize winner will be conducted on April 6, 2024 from all eligible online purchase and mail-in entries received. You do not need to be present to win.

Prize: One winner will receive a 2023 CAN-AM Maverick valued at approximately $45,000, but in an "AS IS" condition. Winner is responsible for all taxes, title and other costs.

Prize Notification and Verification: Potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone by the Sponsor and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form, W-9 Tax form, proof of insurance and where lawful, a Publicity Release along with a copy of his/her valid Arizona driver’s license (collectively “Documents”). All completed Documents must be returned within ten (10) days (including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) of notification to the address stated in the notice. Failure to return required Documents or respond to a notification within the time specified, ineligibility of the selected winner, or the return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. Only three (3) random drawings to select an alternate winner (if necessary), will be held after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the online order form or mail-in entry that matches the valid Arizona driver's license presented in person.

Prize Taxes and Costs: Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable licensing, insurance, title and registration fees and any other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to costs incurred by winner related to the acceptance, pickup/transport or use of a prize. Prize winnings are required to be reported to the IRS when filing your tax returns. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 and Sponsor will file a tax form with the IRS identifying the winner and winning prize amount. Any federal or state income taxes will need to be paid by winner directly to the IRS.

Prize Pick Up: After verification, Winner must agree to pick up the prize vehicle at a Sponsor-specified location in Arizona within thirty (30) days of notification of availability from the Sponsor. Failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause the prize to be voided.

No Warranty: The prize vehicle will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty by Sponsor of any kind. Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made, nor is in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize offered in this Giveaway, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Vehicle may not meet emissions testing requirements. Winners are responsible for proper licensing including any necessary emission testing.

Limitation of Liability and Reserved Rights: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing errors, typographical errors, technical malfunctions, damages or difficulties in the printing, publication of the offer, in the submission of any entry or in the notification to winner(s). Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries or entries not received by the deadline. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. No substitution or transfer of prize by Winner is permitted before formal transfer to title. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online.

Publicity and Photography Consent: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use the Winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, the Winner also agrees that they may be videotaped, recorded and/or photographed as part of a prize award ceremony. Rights to any prize ceremony video, audio and/or photo belong solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media throughout the world in perpetuity in any manner without further compensation to Winner or Winner's family who elect to attend. Winner may not publicize the award in any manner without Sponsor's approval.

Winners List: The name of the Grand Prize Winner will be announced to the public on elpatronworld.com after the Grand Prize winner has been verified to meet all qualifications and has been awarded the prize.

Indemnification And Release: Entrants/winner agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties and their respective successors and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action or liability (including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property) arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/receipt/travel to and/or from prize pick up location/use or misuse of the prize.

Choice Of Law/Jurisdiction And Dispute Resolution: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Arizona located in the county of Maricopa for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway. To extent permissible by law, no class action claims may be pursued or consolidated in the same actions without prior consent of Sponsor. Any award is limited to actual damages and shall not include lost profits, consequential damages, or punitive damages.

SPONSOR: EL PATRON WORLD LLC, 935 W SANTA FE DRIVE, WICKENBURG, AZ 85390. Mail-In entries will not be accepted at this address. Manufacturer of the prize vehicle offered is not a Sponsor or Participant in this Giveaway and no association or endorsement is implied.

Official Rules: Entrants/winner agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s representatives on the operation of the Sweepstakes and award of the prize, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, and Sponsor's interpretation of the Sweepstakes process, shall prevail, govern and control.

CAN-AM (as ATV manufacturer) and respective affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, representatives, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claims arising in connection with the participation in this sweepstakes or any prize awarded, and has not offered or sponsored this sweepstake in any way.
